Coffee-maker-accessories is proud to present three new members to its staff! Please welcome Tracy and Bernard to the crew. Both have multiple years of coffee experience and are both hated worldwide for their extreme pickiness with coffee and their constant boasting of coffee knowledge. A perfect addition to the site in other words! They will both be contributing with reviews and articles, hopefully for many years to come!

What you say?? There are other coffee sites that are good as well? :-O

Why yes indeed there are! If what you find here isn’t enough for you, make sure to check out the fine sites below as well.

If you’re looking for drip coffee maker reviews, have a look at coffeegeek.com’s massive section! You can find just about any coffee maker reviewed by satisfied and dissatisfied customers there.

For coffee carafes, beveragefactory.com is the paradise to visit! So many fine carafes can be purchased here and you can also find some useful user reviews for some of them.

How would you like to design your very own stainless steel coffee mug? OMG! I got just the site for you then! Zazzle.com – highly recommended. Sure, the quality of these mugs won’t be as great as those recommended on my stainless steel coffee mug page, but hey, every single cup you have doesn’t need to be premium quality, especially if you can put totally cool pictures on them.

Any fans of Colombian coffee will be familiar with juanvaldez.com. If you are not, then get your sorry behind over there right now! It’s Colombian coffee heaven!

How about an alcoholic hazelnut coffee beverage? Nothing is more satifying than getting drunk on coffee :) Check out this recipe for a chocolate hazelnut coffee beverage. Delicious!

Got other suggestions of fine sites? Please don’t be afraid to add it to the comments!

1 box of coffee = how many cups?

If you’re going to start regularly ordering coffee online from for example my personal favorite Gevalia, it becomes important to know how long a box will last. A Gevalia bag, for instance contains 8 ounces. So how many do you have to order per month to satisfy your monthly coffee craving?

Well, 40 ounces of water will produce approximately seven 6 ounce cups of coffee. One half ounce of fresh ground coffee (approximately 4 tablespoons) will give you a good tasting coffee which is neither too strong nor too light. That’s 16 servings per Gevalia box at about 6 cups each, which equals approximately 96 cups! That’s assuming your cups are 6 ounces of course.

Do some more math on this based on your own level of coffee consumption, and you’re ready to set an ordering schedule!
